Payment refund conditions and subscription cancellation processes
1. General Refund Policy
Credit purchases on the Default Price Comparison – Best Deals & Offers Online platform are processed through Stripe secure payment infrastructure. You may request a refund under the following conditions.

- Refund requests can be made within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Full refund is provided for unused credits.
- For partially used credits, the unused portion will be refunded.
- Fully used credits cannot be refunded.
3. Subscription Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- No refund is provided for the current billing period.
- Your remaining credits will remain available after cancellation.
4. Refund Process

- Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days.
- Approved refunds will be reflected in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests exceeding the 14-day period
- Fully used credit packages
- Accounts suspended for violating platform rules
