1. General Refund Policy

Credit purchases on the Default Price Comparison – Best Deals & Offers Online platform are processed through Stripe secure payment infrastructure. You may request a refund under the following conditions.

• Full refund is provided for unused credits.
• For partially used credits, the unused portion will be refunded.
• Fully used credits cannot be refunded.

3. Subscription Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• No refund is provided for the current billing period.
• Your remaining credits will remain available after cancellation.

4. Refund Process

2. Your request will be reviewed within 3 business days.
3. Approved refunds will be reflected in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

• Requests exceeding the 14-day period
• Fully used credit packages
• Accounts suspended for violating platform rules
